About Me

My Philosophy of Care

My philosophy of care is centered on a commitment to finding a path forward through pain and distress by harnessing your own inner wisdom. We will work together to build health by stabilizing acute concerns while uncovering and healing the underlying causes behind your distress. My approach to care strongly emphasizes the foundations of health: environment, healthy diet, physical activity, sleep habits, community and fellowship, spiritual connection, and meaning. My specialities include a focus on stress, trauma, sleep, and relationships, addressing these areas from a perspective of value-centered living.
